Yet another type of fitness exercise is a physical activity. Good thing
about physical activity is that you can find what suits you the most
and keep doing it two or three times a week. For example, some people
like to play football while others like baseball or a basketball,
others prefer volleyball or tennis. With such a great variety of active
sports to choose from, everyone will be able to choose the most
appropriate activity for themselves and stay fit.
